Welcome to Job Rider. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Job Rider.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

3. Community guidelines

• Be respectful and safe — Job Rider connects real neighbors.
• No harassment, discrimination, or unlawful behavior.
• Do not use the service to promote unrelated commercial activity.

4. Carpooling & meetups

Job Rider helps you find people heading your way. Any rides, meetups, or arrangements between members happen between those members directly. Job Rider is not a transportation provider and is not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of any ride.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a limited license to display it as needed to operate the service.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Job Rider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
